A little about me…
(and how I do this work differently)

There are a lot of people teaching marketing on the Internet, but not every one is just as invested in your business as you are. I view our collaboration as a true business partnership and I am here cheering you on every step of the way.

I’ve been doing this work for over 20 years. Corporate, agency, non-profit, solo… I’ve written the campaigns, built the strategies, navigated the burnout and helped others do the same. I know what works. More importantly, I know what doesn’t.

Now I take all of that experience and combine it with a feminist business lens, rooted in systems thinking. In my work with solo clients I draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS) and holistic frameworks from my (brief time in wellness!) because it’s never just marketing.

I’ll help you stay in your business just as much as we’re promoting your business. Because what’s the point of success if you burn out getting there.

  • With 20+ years in strategic communications and marketing, I’ve supported founders like you in building sustainable, aligned growth. Since 2022 I have worked with more than 100 solo, creative small business owners 1:1 and in groups. My approach is grounded, personalized and no-BS — just works for you and your business.

  • Honestly? Then your strategy wasn’t built right. That’s why this roadmap is custom-fit to how you work — so it’s easier to follow through.

    Need support and accountability as you implement? You can always add 1:1 advising for extra guidance.

  • Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 11am and 4pm, Eastern Time.

  • Sessions are virtual video calls, hosted on Google Meet. You will have access to download a transcript and recording of your session.

  • Copies of the recordings are yours to keep and must be downloaded within seven days of your session.

  • Due to the nature of this virtual service, refunds aren’t available.

  • Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before our meeting time, subject to the availability of Slow & Steady Studio.

  • Every Slow & Steady Roadmap is customized to your unique goals, business and preferences so that depends on what your needs are! Past clients has increased their revenue, launched new offers or pivoted their branding/messaging to a new niche.
