How I use AI at Slow & Steady

I want to be fully transparent about how (and when) I use AI -- and how I don't -- at Slow & Steady and in my offerings, including the Decelerator.

What I do use AI for:

• Some email marketing materials, website and portal content (like this page!) were created or refined with AI support -- always with human oversight and editing.

• I may use AI tools to generate transcripts or summaries of live calls to support accessibility and review.

What I don't use AI for:

• I never use AI to write client feedback, review your materials or communicate 1:1 with you in any way.

• Every review, message and piece of support you receive from me is 100% human and 100% personalized.

My goal is to use technology in service of clarity and capacity. As a solo business owner the task list is long and it's helpful to have a feedback loop to ensure my communications are accurate and clear.

It is never used as a substitute for expertise, connection or care.

Also important to note: My AI tools are set to private mode, meaning content is not used to train any algorithms or shared beyond Slow & Steady.

From time to time, platforms may update the default settings without warning or notification. In this case my intention is to update my settings as soon as I become aware.
